Processing & Shipping Times

At WhiskerBeam™, we work with trusted global suppliers to bring you high-quality products at the best prices. Because of this, our shipping times may vary.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 7-20 business days (depending on location)
  • Tracking Information: Sent via email once your order ships

Please note: Shipping times may be affected by high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently offer worldwide shipping! However, shipping times may be longer for certain regions.

  • USA, Canada, UK, Australia: 7-15 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15-25 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page or through the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package has been in transit for over 30 days, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement order at no extra cost.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we may charge a reshipping fee or issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

✔ Order Changes: We can make changes within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are already in processing.
✔ Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
