WhiskerBeam™ 14-Day Return Policy
At WhiskerBeam™, we want you and your furry friend to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✔ Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
❌ Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling.
❌ Items returned after the 14-day period.
❌ Gift cards or final sale items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email our support team at with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item – Send the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
- Processing & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing Time
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
✔ If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, contact us for assistance.
